September 29, 2014

Family, this might be kindof a shorter letter because i don't have much time because today is absolutely crazy. We got called on Saturday that we have emergency transfers today which is two weeks before the regular transfers so Elder Gallegos is leaving me and i will be going and getting a new companion in Puebla after i write. I'm super nervous about getting a new companion because i assume the reason we are having emergency changes is because another companionship is having problems. I'm also kinda freaking out about being the old missionary in Tlachichuca and wish that i could finish my training with Elder Gallegos but it's all good and i know the lord will help me but let's just say i might be lost a little bit especially trying to figure out how to get home from Puebla haha.

Enrique is flat out gold right now. Ever since he had his dream about getting baptized he has been awesome. Before in our lessons he would always try arguing doctrine but now he pretty much accepts it all and he came to church yesterday so he only needs one more. Hopefully he can come to general conference this week with the brothers and that will be his fifth and then we have a date for baptism on the 11. He is seriously my favorite, he practically lives the Mormon life without being a Mormon. He was all good with the law of chastity and the word of wisdom and our next lesson is tithing so hopefully that goes well.

After Enrique is hopefully baptized were going to have to start searching a lot for new investigators because the rest that were teaching are good but they never follow through on the commitments. So keep praying that we can find some new ones.

So this month i have been curious how many tortillas i have eaten so for the month of September i recorded the number after each day and i am at 189 with one day left this month haha now i know how i have put on ten pounds. I am seriously always hungry and am always eating.

Dad about the two brothers. They are seriously the best and rock solid. They pretty much run the little group here in tlachichuca. One teaches priesthood every week and the other teaches everyone is Sunday school every week. Antonio is i think 28 and Chalo is 26 and they are both married and have 2 and three kids. They are the definition of a member missionary and I've learned tons from them. Their such good member missionaries that they have pretty much invited everyone they know to be taught. We're getting scarce on references from them and now were going to the butcher that they bought meat from once haha.

This week one of their references was a person that  they once bought a car part from and was this crazy guy with a crazy religion that he doesn't believe in eating meat of fish and that god is a spirit. But then he said god is the most handsome man on the earth so that didn't make any sense. We have an appointment with him on Wednesday so that will be interesting.

That is about it and i need to go. Mom, hopefully you get feeling better and i'll keep praying for you. and how are my dogs. Dad, do you still have your new truck and how is it treating you and good luck with the sprinklers. Roo, happy birthday little sis, i cant believe your 15 and can start driving, that's crazy and maybe you should wait til youre sixteen hahaha jk. 'Im so proud of you that you played tennis that's so sweet and my advice is don't play any other sport and just focus on tennis and when i get back for that summer we can play every day and you better believe that your going to be a state champ woo woo oh and mom i need a cougar blanket!!! oh and as for general conference the Americans get to watch in English i think so that's really nice. I love you guys so much and know without a doubt that this gospel is true.
This is how we ride on the moped.
This is the cheesecake I got for Elder G. before he goes.  Below is the line of authority tie. Its been in the mission 6 years and every trainer gives it to his son haha
