Family, I have almost completed my first transfer of six weeks in good ole Mexico. I must say that it has actually gone by pretty fast once I made it past the first two weeks ha.

I have figured out that missionary work is like a roller coaster and sometimes you're feeling high and sometimes your feeling low. Let's just say the first part of this week was one of those low points. So our three best investigators are Faustino Pedro and Guadalupe. So this whole week Pedro was in Mexico city doing something so we haven't seen him and Tuesday through Thursday we had no clue where Guadalupe was and it was just like he disappeared and he stopped working with one of the members here. And then to top it off while we were searching for Guadalupe we saw Faustino and the little turd was drinking beer on the side of the road. so we're like wow what is happening with our people and it wasn't looking to bright cause we didn't know what we were going to do. BUT just when you're at a really low point and have no clue where to go or what to do the Lord always steps in and helps you. So Friday was just a flat out sweet day. Usually when we plan for the day like 30 percent of what we plan actually happens.  But on Friday every single thing that we planned went perfectly. We were able to find Guadalupe and find out that he is still good and everything and that he was in Puebla for a week visiting his mom who is very sick. Then right when we got done teaching Guadalupe, Faustino walked in the door and we taught him a lesson on yes you guessed it, the Word of wisdom and he said he accepted it. It was just a flat out cool day and I know the Lord was helping us.

This week we had stake conference and it is in Puebla so we spent the night in Puebla Saturday night with my mtc comp Elder Davidson because we had to attend a session on Saturday and on Sunday. SO that was fun except for the part about sleeping on the hard tile floor with only my doggy blanket!! We were pretty sure Guadalupe would not come to church because it is two hours away but sure enough, five minutes before it starts we see two trucks come with about 15 people crammed into each one and sure enough it was the great members ofTlaxichuca with Guadalupe! haha. SO that was awesome and that was his fourth time attending church so he only needs one more. This rule sometimes gets me a little furious because its so hard, because honestly these people probably haven't attended church five times in their life. But anyways stake conference was good and they provided food for everyone afterwards so that was sweet. 

We started Insanity this week and I must say it's a good workout. Well I should say I started Insanity this week because for some reason right when its time to exercise my companion is always sick hahaha, but he's honestly great and I'm glad I have him for another six weeks. 

Dad, good luck on the marathon and good luck with the sprinklers, and I'm sure you're missing your very strong son right now. Mom I am sure glad for those earplugs, the Catholics no joke have a party outside our house I think every night for the whole night. It's really weird and constantly throughout the day and night they are shooting off what they call fireworks whick all they do is make a real loud boom. Mariah i tried sending a card for your bday this week but then i found out how much money it was and lets just say I won't be sending cards while I'mhere probably. But when I get home I have a card for you ha.  Keep playing tennis. Bo dayton brooke and hunter, happy bday hunter and i love you guys. 

Mom our apt is alright, if we want hot water we have to light a propane thing each morning and wait twenty minutes. We have ok floors and strong walls haha that's how they determine a good house here!  Here is my house.
