Family!!!!!! Sorry I'm super late, we just spent the whole day with the new missionaries here in the mission but it was such a good week!!!! So first off we were able to have the 3 baptisms on Saturday. Man it was such a great experience and the Lord is just really blessing us for the work that we are doing here. Celsy, Carlos and Liam just had a great time and they were great examples of people that the lord has prepared for them. Liam, (9 years old) when he had his interview on Thursday just came out bawling cause he was so happy and had felt the spirit. The baptism was such a spiritual experience and we actually had a stake mission activity where all the baptisms in the stake got baptized this day in the same place and the same service so there were 6 in total. I got to confirm Carlos today so that was sweet and I'm just super happy. They will be moving to another area in about 2 weeks so hopefully they can stay strong, they really have great testimonies and have had a great conversion story. .

Its been a super tiring week, we've been getting home super late every night just cause there is so much we have to do but I wouldn't change anything and I just hope that we're making a good impact on this mission. We actually had a great week and had 22 baptisms in the mission which we haven't had for many many many weeks.  

 

This week we had leadership council again, and we talked a lot about leadership hahah and making good leaders. President talked about in the older days when people would go to battle  and the General would always be out in front of  his army and of the importance of his example. If he went down, the whole army would then fall apart. We tried relating that to them, the missionaries will always follow there leaders and were trying to help the leaders really have great areas so that they can be an example and not hypocrite leaders. 

So E. Carroll left us on Tuesday to go and train anew missionary from Brazil. It was kind of sad because we just had such a good relationship and had lots of fun. So this week I have just been with  my boy E: Page and its been great too! So on Tuesday are the changes and we are going to stay with 3 assistants because it has just worked so well and been so effective. We picked an Elder named E. Evans(hahaha another American) to be with us. He actually got here with us too but we didn't know him because he only was in the MTC for two weeks cause he spoke perfect Spanish. Needless to say that he is going to nail my Spanish but it will be great and he is such a great Elder and I'm going to learn tons from him, the only reason that he hasn't been assistant before is for pride, so we got to make sure to humble him a little hehehe. Were kinda worried that people are going to get the idea that President only likes Americans but we just took the best missionary possible so we will see the results. 

Victor Leon is doing great too, he came to the baptism yesterday and the church today and has his baptism for the 26 of December. I love this guy and he told all the members yesterday that i was going to baptize him haha. We ate some nasty food this week (pig skin) and we went to Victor's house and I immediately went to his bathroom and then I tried getting out and I think I broke the door or something and I was trapped in the bathroom forever like 10 minutes trying to open the door and finally I had to call my companion and Victor to come and save me. It was kinda funny and has been the first time that I have been trapped in a bathroom. 

Mom, you had the question aboutT hanksgiving last week, and yes President Nelson cooked everything, he had prepped everything before we had started the changes and just had to put it in the oven so it was easy. Hna Nelson had to stay another week in the USA for more tests so we hope to get her back this week end so keep her in your prayers cause we need her here. 

Love you guys so much, Life is so good and I'm so happy. I've never been so tired in my life but the Lord is blessing us and giving us energy to keep going. Have a great week and its almost CHRISTMAS!!!!! I will complete 18 months this month, it is crazy. Love ya guys
