Family!!!!

Another week down in Tlaxcala, i absolutely love the city that i am in right now. So our mission has two states, one is Puebla and the other is tlaxcala and right now were just about an hour away from the city of Puebla. This city is flat out beautiful and is the happening place. Their are shops absolutely everywhere and the same with churches. I think this place gets a lot of tourists so its a pretty fun place.

It continues to be a bit slow here, this ward were in is a bit dysfunctional. I got a list from the bishop of every member in the ward because we don't have like any investigators right now and the most important thing is the members. As a missionary you only are going to go as far as the ward takes you. SO this week we have been searching for members and we have like 60 every week in sacrament but like 300 in this ward and that is why they changed the rule to 5 times in sacrament haha but we have had little success, the directions either don't exist  or they haven't lived their for like three years. This ward here is just flat out interesting they wont help us with anything. This week the bishop told us that its not the responsibility of the members to help us but if they really have a strong desire they can. So its kinda hard and right now the only thing they are doing is offending the investigators if they ever come to church. We get food from members probably like 2 times a week and the rest is money. But hey, it is what it is and its all good and we will jsut keep on working and tryin our best and what comes will comes. But we have been working with lots of less actives and had 5 less actives in church yesterday so that was sweet, and i am learning their are many ways to contribute to the work of the lord besides baptisms.

So this week i had divisions with elder Hamula who is in our same ward and we do everything together, and we are both NBA fanatics so that was fun. His dad is a 70 and spoke in the last general conference. I swear every time we have divisions something weird happens probably because two white kids are together. So we were walking down this road and this drunk guy came up to us and just was telling us how much he loves us and that its so cool that were missionaries and everything and then he told us he wanted to take us to his pharmacy and give us stuff. So we were a bit hesitant cause we had no clue what he was up to but we went and sure enough he had a pharmacy and he just wanted to give us stuff ha ha so i got some sweet shampoo and gel so that was sweet.

Also that night we got a phone call from the zone leaders telling us that a member just had a serious accident and was near to death and was in the hospital in our area. So we got to go to the hospital and give her a blessing. It was one of the coolest moments of my life. Ive never felt the spirit stronger then i did as we were giving the blessing and it was just flat out awesome and the next day we visited her  and her family said she is doing a little better but we have not heard past that. This church is just so true and really its just flat out awesome.

This week we found two antiguo investigators i think in English it's ancient investigators but that sounds weird. Their names are Fausta and Reynaldo and they are sweet. They know this church is so true and have came to church a ton. The problem is just like everyone here they are not married but they have a desire. They love church but they live in my area which is a 40 minute walk to the church and they are old and of course none of our members would help us and pick them up but hopefully we can get them to church.

All is well, i couldn't be happier, i love life and im loving what im doing. I cant believe i have almost hit 6 months and i get to talk to you guys in like 2 weeks. All is well and we will just keep on workin and know that's one of the few things we can control and we will see what happens. I love you guys so much and couldn't ask for a better fam.
