First off about the hurricane, so i guess it was suppose to be one of the biggest hurricanes ever to hit in world history but it ended up calming down and really didn't affect any of us. We did have our normal rain but did actually have lots of wind which is pretty unusual. But all is well!
This letter is going to
be a little short because we just got a call that we need to go get a
new missionary that just got here to stay with us tonight till the changes tomorrow.
Well
I have some pretty big news to tell ya'll. Let's just say I'm more nervous
than when I had to give a talk in church before the mission, so let's
just say really nervous hahaha. So the last letter i told you that i
actually thought i knew my destiny and I actually thought that I was
going to stay another change as zone leader here, because when I went on
divisions with the assistants that's kinda what they told me.
So it was
to my surprise on Saturday
when we received the changes that I had changes....Then yesterday we
were at church and President just so happens to show up and after
Sacrament he pulled me aside to talk to me and asked me if I would be
Assistant. Let's just say I'm freaking out right now and am super stressed
but at the same time super excited. It is going to be a little
different because I will be called as assistant tomorrow
and the other two assistants are still going to stay so we will be in a
trio. The reason is that right now president told me that we are going
to travel a lot and do TONS of divisions with other missionaries. So we
will be in a trio for 5 weeks and then one of the assistants who is
about to go home will train a kid from Brazil who is coming in 5 weeks.
Then i will be with my best friend in the mission E. Page( One of the 6
from the MTC) HAHA, i was pretty surprised, It will be a little weird
with us all being Americans and living in their tine tiny tiny house
haha. Lets just say the next little while is going to change a lot. I
feel very humbled and weak but I know the lord calls the weak because
they will follow his will and he will make us strong. HERE GOES NOTHING
I'm
super glad for the time that I spent in this area. It was actually my
favorite area and I met lots of amazing people and created very strong
relationships. I'm sad to leave but the good thing is that i will get to
come back on divisions with my companion.
Our
area is doing great and my companion should have 4 baptisms the next
change. Our zone also is doing just awesome. We had the most baptisms in
this zone this month than in a very long time.
Well
Fam, I need to go but I love you guys so much and am so thankful to be a
missionary and am so nervous, scared and excited to see what tomorrow brings.
