First off we will start with Victoria, she is just GREAT!!! So on tuesday we had a lesson with her and changed her date for baptism to the 23 of August to give her a little time for the 5 assistances because she has to work lots of sundays. Then we went back on thursday and she was just super excited and told us that she had permission to assist this sunday and that her boss is thinking about letting her switch her rest day from thursday to sunday! Its a great example of the faith that she has had and that we receive little miracles in our life when we act on that faith. Lots of people n church have commented to us that the whole 3 hours in church she is just smiling. The whole time, its awesome, she loves it so much and has such a desire. Hopefully she can get work off and then bammm, its down hill from there and into the water.
Our golden family (Miguel, Nancy and francisco) also came to church. Miguel is having tons of problems with finding work and is just a bit stressed out because right now there living off of the little that Nancy makes. In Mexico here it is a huge part this year that each member is self sufficient, i think is the word so they have lots of programs about education and finding work and improving your business and things like that. So this whole week he has been going to these classes and everything. Keep him in his prayers that he may find work. Nancy is just golden and came to church after she had worked from 11 at night to 8 in the morning sunday and church is at 10. She is just gold and reads and reads and understands so well everything that we are teaching. They both have a date for the 15 of august. Francisco is super sweet and is going to a young mens camp this next week for 5 days hahaha so thats super sweet and hopefully he can make some friends. Keep the three of them in your prayers.
Thats about it for our investigators, besides them we have dropped everyone and are looking for new ones. We are working quite a bit right now with less actives. So on friday we went in the morning to visit a less active named margarita and she's like 70 years old so we were walking to her house and got there and we saw here praying outside to GUADALUPE (the virgin Mary) HAHAHHAHA we could not believe it. Needless to say i thin she has forgotten a little about some stuff but good thing the missionaries are here to keep her on the strait and narrow.
Were having a few problems with our Zone right now, just with some stinking elders who don't want to do anything. So were trying to receive revelation or something about how we can help them. We've seriously tied everything, I'm really trying on giving correction as a leader, its been super hard for me cause their my friends and everything but its necessary to do as a leader but we always have to remember to use love and patience when we do it.
Thats about it family. Life here is so great and were already in week 5 of this change. I cant believe how fast time is flying. I gotta use the best of every moment and leave it all here in Mexico. Love you guys!!!!
