Family!!!!

 

It's back to just the two of us here in good old Tlaxcallan and life is great and we're just working everyday. So yesterday we saw Emilio at church, who is the sweet Golden investigator from the other área and he kept asking us why we abandoned him and what he needed to do so that we could still teach him. He's way sweet and has a baptism date for the 12 of February and already has 4 times in church. 

 

This is going to kinda be a shorter letter cause not too many crazy things happened this week because we had tons of meetings and had to go to Puebla one whole day to get Giraldos comp and had zone conference . The highlight of my week was that we had interviews with President and I just love Him and his wife and will really miss them a lot when they leave in June.  But in my interview I had with him he told me I'm on his list of missionaries who can do anything... so that made me feel pretty good.

We continue to teach Fausta and Reynaldo and they are just great. They are right now working on the papers to get legally divorced and they are ready to be baptized when they get this done which should be about the first of april so I doubt I  will still be here but hopefully can return because I am 100 percent sure that they will get baptized. They are just sweet and the dad always makes us tea after the lessons haha but no worries its Mexican tea and is good for your health. THey were both at church yesterday and they have really been talking about this góspel with their 20 year old daughter and we have a lesson with her this next Saturday.

We also continue to teach Irena and she even invited her sister and her 20 year old niece so now we are teaching 3 in that house so that is sweet. We had such a powerful lesson with them on the plan of salvation and they were tearing up and i think they really felt the spirit. THey have had lots of problems in their family and are just looking for peace.  Sometimes it's good when people are having really difficult times because they realize that they need to change and they are looking to change. And i know after being here for 7 months that if anyone who really has a desire to konw if this church is true that they always recieve an answer.

So this week i got to cross off one of my goals........wait for it............YEP; I CONTACTED A NUN hahahahhahhehehehhe it was pretty sweet and I've always wanted to do it but have just been to scared. But yesterday I finally worked up my courage and just did it.  But she did not accept my invitation for a lesson but I achieved my goal so it was pretty sweet. Also yesterday (i have no clue why) but all the drunk guys love talking to me and one yesterday kissed my hand, it was pretty weird and made me feel a bit awkward haha

AND:::::::I finally got my package woo woo i still have yet to get the first one but i did get my christmas package and it was sweet!!!!!!!I loved the blanket and slept super good with it and the pillowcase was super awesome and i have it hanging up on my wall and you have no clue how much I loved the Golden retriever calender, i have honestly been searching for the past 2 weeks for a calender but with no sucess so when I saw that I was super stoked.

Thats about all fam, not to many crazy things happened this week but life is just good and time is going by fast. I love the misión and am so blessed. Love you guys all so much and have a great week
