May 2, 2016

Hey Mom, you're probably going to kill me but this is going to be kind of a short letter but don't you worry you will see my cute little face on Sunday! So last night we went to Chignahuapan and had a sleep over with E Page and Prieto and then this morning me and E Page got up at 4 in the morning and took a five in the morning bus to come here to Puebla. So right now I am writing from Aquiles Serdan super fast before we have to leave to go back to our areas to get back to savin some souls. SO this morning we went and visited everyone in ALFA it was honestly amazing and made the whole mission worth it seeing the great changes that this gospel has made in the lives of the people and to see them rock solid in the gospel. The highlight by far was seeing Celsy and her family and they are doing absolutely amazing. The best thing is that the Mom of Liam and Carlos is now listening to the missionaries as when we were there she did not want anything. We ate a big breakfast with them and then visited Ramon and some more converts and then went to one of E Pages areas to visit a family and just barely we swung by here to see if Miguel Angel and Nancy were there but they were working but I left a note with their mom that lives there so needless to say life is super duper good and today was just a very special day.

Just real fast about our miracle of the week. SO Sirina our golden Investigator is doing so good. She has been progressing so good. She has been searching for work and on Wednesday we had passed by and she told us that she finally found work BUT in Puebla being a little house maid in a house. SO that would mean that she was officially going to move and live for months with this family. We were super crushed and talked to her about it and what this decision would mean and that she needed this gospel NOW! We told her to really consider staying here and praying about it. We went back on Saturday and she told us that she decided to stay here because the things that she is learning is more important that any work. It was honestly amazing. She came to church yesterday and has a baptism date for the 20th of May. She needs to assist the next two Sundays and stop drinking coffee. Keep her in your prayers.

We are having tons of success here. This week was the week that I have taught the most lessons ever in my mission so were pretty happy and are going strong.

We still have not got electricity in our house. It has been terrible and we will go and talk to them again to see what happened.

So I will plan on talking to you guys on Sunday at 6pm here which I think would be 5 pm in Utah. If somethings changes I will let you know.

The coolest thing of the week was that today we received the news that our mission officially broke the baptism record that we have had. Last year we broke the record with 72 baptisms with 240 missionaries. This last month we had 75 baptisms with 140 missionaries. I am honestly so stoked and our mission culture has truly changed and it is great to see that we really did do great things while we were in the offices and more the Lord has just poured our miracle after miracle on our mission.

Its finally hitting me that im actually going home. Especially today saying bye to people. My mind is going crazy but were still working super hard here and there is still so much work to do and lives to change. I will see you all on Sunday. Love ya so much! Toodles
