So on Tuesday
at changes meeting, we found out that the zone of La libertad sur
combined with us. So that was kinda a surprise and our zone has doubled
in size, we now have 35 missionaries and 4 districts instead of 18
missionaries and 2 districts so it has been a little overwhelming but it
will be super good. The sweet thing is that me and my comp both have
our own cell phone so that's pretty legit I must say.
This
week has been one of those first weeks of the month and of the change
so we hve just been running from meeting to meeting this whole entire
week and had to do our monthly informs so it was kinda a weird week and
we didn't get to work much in the area.
We had a
great week with Nancy and Miguel and Francisco. We have been super
worried about them because they keep on putting off their marriage for
silly reasons but Francisco has just been great and wants to get
baptized so bad and just loves everything. SO on Saturday
we taught them and we wanted to baptize the three of them together but
then we felt like we should put a date for baptism for Francisco before
his parents so that it would kinda pressure them. So we put a date for Francisco the 22 of august and then Nancy and Miguel told us they wanted to get baptized as a family so we put a date for this Saturday
woo woo for their wedding and the 22 for them too to get baptized. So
keep them in your prayers alot that everything will work out smooth this
week and that hopefully next Monday they are married. I seriously love this family, they truly have a desire to change and have already changed in so many ways.
So
right now with Victoria we are passing through a thick cloud of black
smog hahaha her little gosh dang boss will not budge and will not give
her Sunday
to rest. Its pretty sad because you can tell she is so sad and wants to
be baptized so much. We fasted with her on this last weekend so we will
see what happens.
This week we are leaving
all of our other investigators that aren't progressing behind and will
only focus on these 4 and finding those who are prepared to receive this
message, they are out there, we just got to find them.
On Friday
we planned a sweet mission activity hoping to find some new
investigators and we watched meet the Mormons. And we thought we drilled
it into the members heads that this was a mission activity and the
purpose was to invite their non member friends. We actually had a super
good turn out of members but they just forgot about the non member part
hahahhaa it reminded me of Bo's activity on his mission when no body
showed up ha. All we can do is try and shat happens happens.
That's
about it Family, life is so great and I truly feel so blessed and truly
feel privileged to be a missionary for two years. Time is going fast
and life is just great. love you guys so much.
